What do we do in sessions?

I will provide an intuitive experience as you navigate your way of creating desired changes in your life. Whether it's about cyclical living, embracing who are today, mothering support, accessing your natural intuition, learning how to self-advocate and research, yoga and somatic practices, or self-healing --- I'm here to support as you move through this phase of life.

Do I need to prepare anything for our sessions?

For your initial session you may like to share, discuss, or brainstorm your "why" for signing up. (When booking sessions you will be prompted to share your purpose/reason of appointment. It's okay to not be crystal clear on your purpose. I will assist you in figuring out priority.)

After each session you will likely receive an at-home practice to reflect on or implement before the next session.

What if I need to cancel our session?

You may cancel anytime up to 6 hours before our session. Emergency cancellations will be addressed on case-by-case basis.

I offer this flexibility as a gift. Please use it sparingly so it may continue to be a gift to future participants.
