Mentorship is where I am available to offer my experience, knowledge, and skillset to help yoga teachers - often through quick emails, text, or phone calls.
Optional for any yoga teacher who would like guidance and direct feedback to grow and be a better yoga teacher and/or business strategy.
Coaching is a short commitment where I offer my experience, knowledge, and skillset to help yoga teachers via in-person or virtual observation of teachings, plus one-on-one meetings. In between observations and one-on-ones communication through email is available.
