Crimson and Gold Women's Circle
Be the radiant leader of your own life - without the weight of everyone else’s expectations.
Women's Circle - Reclaim Your Feminine Power - Birth Humanity - SMY_circle_time-1

Begin your week not rushing, but in ritual.

For centuries, women gathered in circles - around fires, kitchens, temples - to share wisdom and remember who they are.

CRIMSON is the pulse of life: the color of our cycles, our wombs, our vitality.
GOLD is illumination: the wisdom, radiance, and power we embody when we live in alignment with our truth.

Together, Crimson and Gold reminds us of the wholeness we carry: grounded in the body, lit by the soul.

This circle is where that remembrance happens.

What happens in circle

Each gathering is a ritual space designed for you to arrive fully and leave lighter.

You may experience:
+ incense and candlelight to signal the shift to ground, cleanse, and open
+ gentle movement, sound, or song
+ guided visualization and breathwork
+ storytelling and deep listening
+ journaling and reflection prompts
+ space for silence and presence

These practices create the container for you to reconnect with yourself.

Themes we explore

Within that sacred container, we weave in themes that restore wholeness and awaken wisdom:
+ female physiology and womb energetics
+ nature's cycles and moon wisdom
+ HERstory and women's erased voices
+ masculine and feminine qualities
+ birth psychology and early imprints
+ ancestral healing and lineage patterns
+ feminine archetypes: maiden, mother, queen, crone
+ nervous system regulation and feminine flow
+ sacred rage and grief
+ the power of reclaiming trust in other women

Each theme meets you where you are, and deepens as you move through the months ahead.

Have questions?

It's for the woman who:

  • Feels the weight of doing and caretaking more than the joy of simply living.
  • Desires personal time to ground amidst the swirl of activities and responsibilities.
  • Longs for a space where she doesn't have to prepare - just arrive.
  • Knows she's ready to stop running on empty and start restoring her energy in sacred ways.

This circle welcomes women in every season of life who hears the call to slow down and listen within.

She may recognize herself as:

The seeker - a woman sensing there's "something more" waiting for her, even if she can't yet name it.

The mother - carrying responsibility and longing for a place where she's held, too.

The new-to-sacred woman - curious about women's wisdom, cycles, and practices that honor body and soul.

Long-time devotee - already rooted in spiritual practices, now longing for a local circle to deepen and share in community.

This is not about where you are on the path - it's about stepping into the frequency you desire to live in.

What you'll receive from circle

The Crimson and Gold Circle is more than a weekly gathering. It's a rhythm that reshapes how you move through all facets of your life. When you commit to showing up, you'll notice:

  • A calmer start to your week - disrupt Monday chaos and step into steadiness that carries you through the whole week.
  • Greater clarity and inner wisdom - feel more confident making decisions that align with your truth.
  • Nervous system regulation - tools and practices to shift out of stress and into flow.
  • Deep belonging - the experience of being seen and accepted, just as you are.
  • Renewed energy - more spaciousness for yourself, your relationships, and what matters most.
  • Shifting old patterns - lovingly unravel wounds, stories, and expectations you no longer want to carry.
  • Connection to the sacred - simple rituals you can sprinkle into your daily life to help you remember life is meaningful, not just busy.
  • Strengthened bonds - when you come with a friend, sister, mother, or daughter (anytime after her first bleed) you'll deepen your relationship through shared presence.
  • A weekly pause - one intentional hour that's entirely yours, so you can return to your life replenished, not depleted.

Only 10 spots available in each circle and fill fast.

FAQs

Will this conflict with my personal or religious beliefs?

Not at all. Birth Humanity circles are not a religious gathering. It's a space for reflection, connection, and self-awareness.

We honor that every woman comes with her own beliefs, traditions, and ways of understanding the sacred. Nothing in circle asks you to replace or question your faith; rather, it invites you to deepen your relationship with yourself and what you already hold true.

Our rituals - like lighting a candle, sharing reflections, or moving with breath - are simply ways to create intention and presence. You're always invited to participate in the way that feels authentic and respectful to your own beliefs.

What should I bring to circle?

  • Notebook/journal and pen/pencil.
  • Water bottle.
  • Wear flowy, breathable clothing you can sit on the floor comfortably in. Layers work well in the cooler months.
  • Refrain from heavy fragrances. (i.e. lotions, perfumes or colognes)
  • Yourself, just as you are.

Why Mondays?

Mondays often arrive like a storm with emails, carpools, unexpected tasks, and endless to-do lists. The chaos of the week takes over before you've had a chance to breathe.

The Crimson and Gold Circle disrupts that cycle.
By carving out time on Monday evenings, you reset your nervous system at the very start of the week.

Instead of being swept into stress, you reclaim your rhythm. So the rest of the week flows with steadiness, intention, and ease.

Energy is contagious. The spaces you enter, the people you share time with, and the practice you commit to all shape the frequency you live in.

Each time you return to circle you attune to a steadier vibration - one of calm, clarity, and feminine strength. Over time, that energy becomes your own. The more consistently you sit in this resonance, the more you begin to carry it into your home, your work, your relationships.

The circle is a frequency to align with - a way of remembering who you are beneath all the noise of life, and choose to live from that place again and again.

Consistent, reliable gathering space

Not once a month. Not "when it works." But weekly - so you always know where to land.

This is not a class. Not a workshop. It is a ritual.
This is where the inner works meets your everyday life. True integration.

An hour set aside to:

  • release what you've been carrying,
  • be yourself without pressure to edit or perform,
  • reconnect to your inner rhythm,
  • discover the wisdom that was never passed down - yet lives within you,
  • and rise again, refreshed and whole.

How is confidentiality upheld in the circle?

Confidentiality and discretion are foundational to every circle I (Elise) facilitate.

With over 15 year guiding women's circles, I've learned that true healing and connection can only happen in an environment of trust. You'll find a clear agreement in your online portal outlining these expectations of Birth Humanity's eight guiding principles of safety and integrity. I review these again in person, gently and consistently, as we move through our time together.

Each circle is intentionally kept small to preserve intimacy and privacy. In our diverse community (including women in high-profile or public-facing roles) this sacred commitment allows everyone to exhale, show up fully, and honor one another's experiences with grace, love, and absolute respect.

Do I need any prior experience?

No experience necessary - just an open heart and willingness to participate.

Once you register you'll receive access to a few short modules inside your private member portal (Practice Better.) These are simple orientation pieces that help you understand the flow of circle, what to bring, and how to enter the space with presence and care.

Completing these before your first circle ensures we can begin right where we're mean to - in the sacred work itself - without needing to pause for logistics or explanations.

It's part of how we honor each woman's time, energy, and readiness to be here fully.

Testimonials
  • As a prenatal chiropractor, I have worked closely with Elise and many of her prenatal yoga students in the past 2 years. I consistently find that the women under my care that are also attending regular prenatal yoga classes with Elise experience less discomfort in their pregnancy, report stronger emotional connections to their bodies, and they consistently state they feel better prepared for labor and delivery. If you are looking for a way to safely exercise but also want a beautiful way to connect with your body prior to delivery seek out classes with Sweet Momma Yoga. Lastly, Elise goes above and beyond to create a sense of community for her students. She has created a thriving group of moms that support one another outside of the classes and virtually. - Kelsi McClure, DC, Lone Tree CO
  • I’ve participated in Sweet Momma Yoga during both of my pregnancies and have benefited each time. Even on days when I feel tired and just wanted to put my feet up, I always felt better after class knowing that I am taking the best care of myself and my baby. Elise does an amazing job of making all of the moms feel welcome and comfortable no matter what previous yoga experience they’ve had. I got more out of Sweet Momma Yoga than I ever expected, benefiting both my pregnancy and birthing experiences. I would recommend to any expecting momma! - Deirdre L., Livonia MI
