BILLING AND PAYMENTS
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, including programs, live virtual and/or in-person components. By purchasing you agree to be billed with your selected payment method you designate. Payment plans are billed as listed on purchase page with your selected payment method you designate. You can update your payment method anytime by logging into your account in the Practice Better portal. Receipts are sent once the charge is successful to the registered email account, and can be referenced in your portal.

RISK FREE GUARANTEE: If within 24-hours after the first LIVE session you feel the program is not right for you, we will issue a full refund. Email elise@birthhumanity.com for support. Any other forms of contact or refund requests will not be valid.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, all materials within the Birth Humanity digital products are for you to use personally. Meaning you may not sell, reproduce, modify the contents to resell in your own business in any manner. If you are found to be copying, reselling, or distributing the ideas or teachings within Birth Humanity intellectual property, we reserve the right to cease you access immediately and take legal action.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider regarding any health concerns. You are recommended to consult your healthcare provider prior to beginning a new physical routine like yoga, wellness, holistic ways of living, or coaching; particularly in pregnancy and postpartum phases of life.

You understand Elise Bowerman and guest speakers/teachers are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, business manager, registered dietitian, nutritionist, financial analyst, psychotherapist, or accountant. Coaching and consulting, which is not directive advice, counseling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in Client's life or profession. Coaching and consulting services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, strategizing, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training.

You understand that Birth Humanity, LLC has not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not; act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling, or behavioral therapy. You understand this experience will not prescribe or assess micro-and macronutrient levels; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. You understand if you should experience any such issues you should see your registered physician or other practitioner as determined by your own judgment.

You understand that the information in Birth Humanity, LLC is NOT medical advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Birth Humanity, LLC shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Service without notice or liability to you. Any changes to these Terms of Service shall be effective immediately following the posting of such changes. You agree to review these Terms of Service from time to time and agree that any subsequent use by you of the Services following changes to these Terms of Service shall constitute your acceptance of all such changes.

CONSENT TO VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Participants will have prior knowledge when recordings and photography are taking place. Should you choose to use your voice during a recording your image and/or sound will be part of the replay for participants viewing. As such, you are in agreement should you display your image, appearance, and/or voice/sound, you give permission for Birth Humanity LLC to use within this program.

Except as expressly specified herein, this Agreement shall create rights and obligations only between Birth Humanity, LLC and each individual user and it does not create any rights for any other parties.
